  • Director - JD Property Consultants

Joseph has been in Conveyancing for over 18 years. With experience in both high-volume and high street residential conveyancing.

Joseph’s decision to move to consultancy was supported by his dedication to his family. Moving into a self employed role to take control of his time and offer conveyancing under the standards to which he believes clients deserve.

JD Property Consultants was founded as a family-run consultancy, built on the belief that great conveyancing shouldn't come at the cost of a personal touch. As a family business, you'll always deal directly with people who are genuinely invested in getting your matter right — not passed between departments or handled by whoever's free. That family ethos means consistency, accountability, and a level of care that's harder to find in larger, more impersonal firms.

Joseph is a conveyancer based in Newark, Nottinghamshire.

  • Patricia is proud to be part of the family behind JD Property Consultants — and part of the family full stop, as wife to Joseph Denman. Originally from the United States, Patricia crossed the Atlantic to make the UK her home, bringing with her a warmth and can-do attitude that's become part of the fabric of the business.

Behind the scenes, Patricia keeps things moving — opening files, chasing along the details that matter, and handling the general administrative work that ensures every client's matter runs smoothly from start to finish. It's often the quiet, careful work that makes the biggest difference, and that's exactly where Patricia shines.
